The event is scheduled for Sunday, May 3rd, with doors opening at 1:00 pm and program begins at 2:00pm.

Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the ballroom until the presentations are finished. Anyone who exits the ballroom during the presentations will not be allowed to re-enter until the presentations are finished.

Date & Time:

Attendees are advised to park in the Conference Center's parking garage rather than the Hotel's guest lot. Attendees can access the garage by turning right onto Executive Drive; the garage will be on the right. Upon reaching Marinelli Road, continue past the hotel's main entrance, then make a right at the subsequent light onto Executive Drive.
